Mission Minis Summer Smoothie

For a cold treat on a warm summer day, whip up a Mission avocado smoothie. Don’t worry, it won’t taste like guacamole! Featuring pineapple and coconut water, this recipe is a creamy delight. And Mission Minis are perfect single-serving avocados, bursting with flavor and loaded with nutrients.

Ingredients:

-2 ripe Mission Minis, or one large avocado

-3/4 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)

-A handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)

-3/4 cup coconut water or milk

-1 teaspoon maple syrup

-Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Combine the ripe Mission Minis, pineapple, spinach, coconut water, maple syrup, and ice in a blender. Blend until creamy.

2. Taste and add ingredients to preference. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add more maple syrup. If the consistency is too thick, add more coconut water or milk, and blend again.

3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
