Avocado Lime Dressing
- 1 ripe Mission Avocado
- 2 limes (approx. 3 tablespoons juice)
- ½ cup coconut water,* more as needed for thinning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Optional: raw honey, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until smooth.
- If necessary, add more coconut water to reach the desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
