The Procurement Supply Analyst will collaborate with the Mexico Sourcing team, Global Sourcing, Replenishment, Sales, and our Copackers. Analyze, and enhance our procurement decision making tools, by studying supply trends, market dynamics, and industry projections. Facilitate communication with copackers, supporting the team in coordinating programs.

Join Mission Produce for a 12-week paid summer internship designed to give you hands-on experience in the fresh produce industry.
Working in a dynamic environment, the role will be the lead for Accounting and Finance in the Dutch commercial office, supporting the team in achieving the company goals. This role forms part of a wider European finance function, which includes the UK. The duties will include some pan-European reporting, as well as local support.
This position functions as a liaison between customers, operations, warehouse, customer service and sales to ensure compliance and execution of best practices. You will be responsible for the sales forecasting and other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting in qualifying new accounts, maintaining order databases, travelling to and assisting at trade shows, preparing samples, performing data entry, working directly with customers, assisting with inbound/outbound calls and coordinating mailings which includes ordering, organizing and maintaining documents.

We’re looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will support the Commercial Manager and Director in delivering exceptional customer service and driving commercial strategies. Key responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, managing pricing and contracts, coordinating tenders, and maintaining CRM data. Commercial Coordinator will also assist with demand forecasting, market analysis, and new product development initiatives.
We’re seeking a proactive and focused IT Systems Administrator to deliver high-quality desktop support across our organisation. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and configuring devices and internal systems, and providing an internal support for the users across UK and EU sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to promoting a safe and respectful work environment.
Senior Line Leader is the role that mainly focuses on the delivery of daily packing plan ensuring all orders are packed efficiently and to customer specification within agreed time restraints and KPIs. They lead the daily production line productivity and control resources by removing /adding required labour in line with fluctuating packing volume.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to financial reporting, system improvements, and cross-departmental collaboration while developing your accounting expertise.
We are looking a detail-oriented Quality& Ripening Controller to assess and report on product quality throughout the supply chain, from intake and ripening to dispatch. This role involves managing intake, quality assessments and ripening regimes, conducting shelf-life trials, and supporting the production with product handling to ensure quality standards and technical KPIs are met.
