Everything but the Bagel and Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 ripe Mission avocado

2 slices pumpernickel rye bread

½ tsp salt

2 oz smoked salmon

2 tsp Trader Joe's Everything but The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend

1 tbsp capers

1 tsp fresh dill

Directions

Toast slices of bread using your favorite method. Using a fork, smash ½ ripe avocado along with salt on each piece of toast. Top with smoked salmon, everything but the bagel seasoning, capers, and fresh dill.
