REPORTS TO: Senior Accounts Assistant

LOCATION:     Mission Produce UK LTD, Dartford, Kent (on-site)

Job Summary
Support transactional finance activities for the UK business, ensuring timely processing of purchases, deposits, supplier statements, and payments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process purchase invoices and related documentation.
  • Support grower payments and ensure accurate recording.
  • Customer billing & Credit notes.
  • Bank transactions & reconciliations.

Accountabilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and manage purchasing workflows.
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support execution of weekly and fortnightly payment runs.
  • Credit Control & AR reconciliations (incl. Statements).
  • Internal & External audit support.
  • Assist the wider finance team with administrative and accounting tasks

CrossFunctional Expectations:

  • Support business improvement projects (Incl. process optimisations).
  • Respond to information requests from the wider business.

Additional Duties:

Perform other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • AAT Level 2–3 or equivalent experience
  • Experience in AP/AR processes
  • Ability to manage payment runs and reconciliations
