An inventory coordinator specializes in overseeing the supply flow of materials in a warehouse. This individual will work alongside the sales shipping department to manage and handle the inventory, ensuring that the quantity and quality of materials align with company standards.
The QA Supervisor will supervise the QA team to ensure the proper procedures are being completed, as well as communicate any relevant information as needed to Mission Corporate teams. This individual will be a part of the Mission QA team that strives to meet and exceed all specifications and lead the industry in quality. In addition, this position involves a combination of visual monitoring of various aspects of the plant operations and physical testing of products.
The FDC Manager oversees the management of their respective facility under Mission’s high-quality standards and guidelines. Proactively manage the FDC to ensure that it: produces value in our products and services to our customers; produces a stable, secure, and high-quality work environment for all employees; and produces company market value for all stockholders. In addition, this position will be responsible for the quality of ripening avocados, inventory control, and that quality specifications are obtained and shipped according to standard operating procedures.
The Production Coordinator will learn all aspects of production for Mission Produce. They will work side-by-side with Production Manager/Supervisor, Distribution Center Manager, and department managers to ensure production requirements are met to achieve Mission’s goals. Coordinate day-to-day operations of bin receiving, inventory, packing, repacking, and bagging.

Europe Hiring Team

We are looking a detail-oriented Quality& Ripening Controller to assess and report on product quality throughout the supply chain, from intake and ripening to dispatch. This role involves managing intake, quality assessments and ripening regimes, conducting shelf-life trials, and supporting the production with product handling to ensure quality standards and technical KPIs are met.
